Carol Erglis – Director, Administration

Ms. Erglis joined CAS Corporate Governance Services Inc. (“CAS”) in April 2013 and is responsible for providing administrative support to all members of CAS.  Primary responsibilities include assistance with various projects in the preparation and organization of corporate documents, including share issuances, management of minute books and client correspondence.  She is a member of the Governance Professionals of Canada.

Ms. Erglis has several years of experience in the oil and gas industry and prior to joining CAS was an Executive Assistant to senior executives with a public company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and was responsible for several corporate administrative tasks, namely corporate board, committee and shareholder meeting coordination and administration; liaison with legal and financial advisors and regulatory authorities.  Office administration responsibilities included assistance with contracts administration, website and investor relations material.
