  • Prepare and file annual returns (including extra-provincial registrations) with corporate registry offices
  • File Notices of Change of Directors and update registers
  • For private companies, act as transfer agent, print share certificates, update share registers and ledgers
  • Attend to corporate filings in the United States through registered agents
  • Offer facilities for auditors to review minute books
  • Creation and maintenance of a scanned electronic version of the minute book for ease of reference and due diligence purposes and provide access to a secure online portal for the digital minute book, if necessary
