Ms. McGuigan joined CAS Corporate Governance Services Inc. (“CAS”) in June of 2016 and is responsible for the preparation and organization of corporate documents including: share transactions, drafting resolutions, preparation of board meeting binders and closing books, client correspondence, minute book management and general secretarial/administrative assistance to other members of the team.

Prior to joining CAS, Ms. McGuigan was a corporate paralegal with a global law firm, with Cores Level III accreditation. While at this firm, she was responsible for: minute book management, corporate transactions including incorporations, extra provincial registrations and amalgamations, amendments and dissolutions, filings with corporate registries across Canada, US and foreign jurisdictions as well as due diligence searches.

Ms. McGuigan attended Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in 2011 where she completed the Corporate Law Course.
